Bullwhip is the commerce revenue platform for premium publishers. We show publishers what every commerce page, link and click earns, then help them grow it through on-page optimization, managed audience extension and advertiser-funded yield.

The role

You'll join our performance marketing team and run paid media for the publishers we work with, mostly on Google and Meta. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to automate how campaigns are built and optimized, and with our clients' teams to choose which commerce content to promote. The team is based in the New York area; this is a remote role within the US, and Eastern Time is preferred.

What you'll do

• Run a portfolio of campaigns and optimize them to meet and beat client goals.
• Scale paid search campaigns that bring high-value readers to commerce content.
• Analyze and report on performance, and use what you learn to improve targeting, creative and landing pages.
• Automate processes with our product and engineering teams.
• Build strong working relationships with client teams.

What you'll bring

• 3 to 5 or more years of experience in paid search.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics.
• Experience with paid social on Meta.
• Strong analytical skills in Excel or SQL.
• Keyword research, ad writing, bid management and landing page optimization.
• The ability to manage several campaigns at once and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, economics, business or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Google Analytics, and client-facing experience, are a plus.

Pay

$70,000–$80,000 a year. This is the base salary range we expect to pay for this role. Where an offer falls within it depends on experience and skills.
